After skin contact at low temperature and light pressing, this wine is fermented in oak barrels, where it remains on its lees for nine months, with regular manual stirring (batonnages) to give fullness and volume.
Pierrail Cuvée Prestige Blanc has a pale straw colour, a complex nose with overtones of mint.
It is fresh, round in the mouth with a perfect balance of fruits and oak and has a great potential of aromas.
