Wine tasting

After skin contact at low temperature and light pressing, this wine is fermented in oak barrels, where it remains on its lees for nine months, with regular manual stirring (batonnages) to give fullness and volume.

Pierrail Cuvée Prestige Blanc has a pale straw colour, a complex nose with overtones of mint.

It is fresh, round in the mouth with a perfect balance of fruits and oak and has a great potential of aromas.

"This wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe Tangerine and fine notes of yellow peach combined with a discreet hint of exotic fruits as well as slight toasted notes and sweet spices. Good length and good persistence." - VertdeVin Magazine
